Our mission is to empower students with real world skills, global confidence, and the ability to turn their ideas into something meaningful. We believe that every child deserves opportunities that match their curiosity, their creativity, and the world they will grow into.

Erin 在中国求学时并不是所谓的好学生 她的成绩从未名列前茅 最终甚至连高考都没有参加 但她始终相信生活不只有一条道路 她也相信自己的未来不应该被分数定义 十八岁时 她离开中国去寻找属于自己的道路 二十岁时 她在海外从零开始创办了第一家公司 没有资金 没有人脉 英语也几乎不会 她一边创业 一边靠自学掌握英语 通过与客户沟通 通过不断尝试 不断犯错 不断解决问题 在一次次实践中成长起来 Erin was not a top student in China and she eventually skipped the gaokao altogether. Her academic results did not represent her abilities nor her dreams, and she always felt there was a different path waiting for her. At the age of eighteen she left China to see what she could build on her own. Two years later at twenty she started her first company abroad without money, without connections, and without speaking English. She taught herself the language while building her business, learning through action, mistakes, conversations, and late night problem solving.
几年后 她的公司在欧洲快速发展 二十四岁时 她成功将公司出售给一家市值数十亿美元的跨国集团 随后又在德国的欧洲头部直播电商企业继续她的职业发展 在过去十年中 她在超过八个国家生活过 她的成长不是靠考试 而是靠尝试 靠行动 靠与不同文化背景的人合作 靠不断做项目 靠经历失败和重新开始 她的人生证明了一个简单而重要的事实 真实世界的能力比完美的成绩更能决定一个孩子的未来 Over the next few years her company grew across Europe. At the age of twenty four she sold it to a multi billion dollar corporation and continued her career in Germany working for Europes leading live commerce company. During the last decade she has lived in more than eight countries. She built her life and her confidence not through exams but through trying new things, working with people from different cultures, building projects, failing, restarting and learning by doing. Her journey became the proof that real world skills matter more than perfect grades and that a childs future can be shaped by curiosity, courage and opportunity.
Erin 创办 Sandbox Academy 是因为她希望当年迷茫的自己能拥有这样的学习机会 她希望现在的孩子能知道 无论成绩如何 他们都拥有无限可能 无论未来选择留在中国 出国留学 加入全球公司 还是创业 都需要真实世界的能力 她将自己多年来积累的全球人脉带入学院 让来自顶尖科技公司 金融机构 创业领域和创意行业的导师为孩子们分享最真实的经验和最有价值的知识 Erin created Sandbox Academy because she wishes she had access to these skills when she was younger. She wants children to know that no matter their school performance they have many opportunities waiting for them. Whether they choose to work in China, study abroad, join a global company or build their own business, real world skills will help them succeed. She now brings together her entire global network including people from top tech companies, finance, entrepreneurship and creative industries so that students can learn from real stories and real experience.

The academy helps students explore what they are interested in and transform that curiosity into something tangible. Every deliverable becomes part of a portfolio useful for school applications, interviews, competitions and future opportunities. Erin believes every child can grow beyond their environment and beyond their grades and she wants to give them a place where they can see what they are truly capable of.
